How does Voiser Smart Guide work?
The Voiser Smart Guide works by using artificial intelligence technology to recognize images of the parts on display. Before implementing the Smart Guide, Voiser's team of experts takes 90 photos of the pieces from various angles for three seconds. These images are then loaded into an AI model that follows machine learning principles to identify each object.
Once the AI model has been trained, it is applied to a mobile app that visitors can
download to their Android or IOS-powered phones. The app then identifies objects and shows their details and narratives in real time as visitors explore exhibits, products or animals.
