Terms of Use

Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the services offered by VOISER TECHNOLOGY LIMITED COMPANY ("VOISER", "we", "our" or "us") to you ("you", "user", "member"). By creating an account, using a free trial, purchasing a personal or commercial license subscription or otherwise accessing or using the VOISER website, mobile applications or APIs (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. By doing so, you also acknowledge that VOISER will process your personal data in accordance with the VOISER Privacy Policy.
VOISER reserves the right to update and modify these Terms at its sole discretion. The most recent version will be available on our website with the effective date.

2. Service Description

VOISER offers a text-to-speech and speech-to-text service accessible via web, API, or mobile apps. To use the Services, you must provide accurate account and payment information and agree to these Terms. The Services are available to individuals aged eighteen (18) or older, or possessing the legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable laws.
VOISER may update technical requirements, payment methods, or service features at any time. We may notify users of material changes where reasonably practical, but reserve the right to make changes without prior notice when necessary for technical, operational, or security reasons.

3. Subscription Plans

VOISER offers various subscription plans. The features, pricing, and details of these plans may be changed, discontinued, or updated at VOISER's sole discretion. Information about your current plan is available via your VOISER account dashboard.

4. License Types: Personal & Commercial

  • Personal License: Intended for non-commercial individual use (e.g., personal blogs, YouTube channels, streaming, etc.), with no transfer, sublicensing, or commercial deployment rights.
  • Commercial License: Intended for use in business, advertising, promotional content, software, games, websites, media productions, etc. This license grants commercial usage rights as specified in your agreement.

All content produced must comply with intellectual property laws and not infringe third-party rights.

5. Free Trials

A free trial period may be offered at VOISER’s discretion. VOISER reserves the right to discontinue or restrict the availability of free trials at any time without notice.

6. Fees and Payments

All payments for VOISER services are processed via approved third-party payment providers. Invoices will be provided electronically, and any objections must be lodged within seven (7) days of issue. In case of late payment, service access may be suspended or terminated.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Given the digital and instant nature of the Service, cancellation or withdrawal rights may not be available once services are delivered or activated.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its components remain the exclusive property of VOISER and its licensors. You may only use the Service within the limits of your subscribed package. No rights are transferred or sublicensed except as expressly described in your license. Users are responsible for ensuring they do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. VOISER shall not be held responsible for any such infringement by users.

9. API Integration

  • 6.1 VOISER’s API allows integration of text-to-speech and speech-to-text functionalities into your own products and applications.
  • 6.2 Usage limits and billing are determined by your subscription package. API usage details are available in the most up-to-date documentation at docs.voiser.net.
  • 6.3 For corporate packages, any included credits (e.g., characters, transcription hours) are valid for 1 year from the purchase date and will not be carried over into subsequent years.
  • 6.4 For the hosting and access of audio files (such as mp3, wav, etc.) produced via the API or other Services, VOISER reserves the right, at any time and for any technical or commercial reason, to modify or restrict methods of access, such as direct file links or embedding, and may limit access solely to API calls or other designated interfaces. There is no obligation to provide prior notice for such technical changes. Disabling direct link access shall not constitute an interruption of service or a breach of contract; VOISER is not responsible for any indirect damages that may arise from such situations.

10. Service Modifications and Availability

VOISER strives to offer 24/7 uninterrupted service but does not guarantee continuous or error-free availability. Service interruptions, technical changes, maintenance, or issues beyond VOISER’s reasonable control (including but not limited to force majeure) are not considered a breach of service.

11. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for account security, including safekeeping your login credentials.
  • You may not use VOISER services to infringe upon any laws or third-party rights, nor for any illegal, offensive, or harmful purposes.
  • Content produced cannot include third-party intellectual property or illicit, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.
  • Any detected bug or issue should be reported promptly to VOISER.
  • Your use of the Service must respect VOISER’s acceptable use standards.

12. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

VOISER is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of data, interruption, or loss of profit that may arise from the use or unavailability of the Service. The only and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to cease usage.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VOISER is registered, unless your country grants you consumer protection rights which cannot be waived by contract. Any dispute shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If unresolved, competent courts and tribunals in VOISER’s domicile, or your local consumer authority, may be addressed.
