Delivery and Refund Policy
1. Services Offered
1.1 Voiceover and transcription services are provided via voiser.net.
1.2 Services are digital in nature and are provided in the form of character and minute-based usage rights defined to the user account.
1.3 Purchased packages are one-time payments and do not renew automatically.
1.4 Package durations are offered as 1-month, 3-month, and 12-month options.
1.5 API usage is available; however, this service is only activated after users contact Voiser directly.
2. Delivery
2.1 The purchased service is considered delivered once the relevant character and minute rights are defined to the user account following the successful completion of the payment transaction.
2.2 Delivery is carried out entirely in a digital environment, and no physical shipment is made.
3. Commencement of Service
3.1 The service begins with the first use by the user after the purchase.
3.2 The performance of a voiceover or transcription process by the user indicates that the service has been opened for use and that the consumption has started.
4. Refund Conditions
4.1 If the user has not yet used the purchased service—meaning no characters or minutes assigned to the account have been consumed—they may request a refund.
4.2 No refunds can be made once the service has been used or any characters or minutes have been consumed.
4.3 Due to the nature of digital services, the right of withdrawal is not valid once the usage has commenced.
4.4 In the event of a refund, any unused characters and minutes are cancelled and do not remain valid.
5. Refund Request and Process
5.1 Refund requests can be submitted by sending an e-mail to info@voiser.net.
5.2 Users may also request a refund by creating a support ticket or using the contact form on the website.
5.3 Purchase details and relevant user account information may be requested to evaluate the refund request.
5.4 If the refund is approved, the reimbursement will be processed through the original payment method.
6. Payment Infrastructure
6.1 Payments on voiser.net are securely processed using iyzico and Stripe infrastructures.
6.2 Refund transactions are carried out through the infrastructure where the payment was originally made.
7. International Users
7.1 Voiser serves a large number of international users.
7.2 Delivery and refund conditions regarding digital services are applied within the framework of the terms specified in this text, regardless of the user's country of residence.
