Do attendees need to download an app?
No. The entire experience is browser-based. Attendees access live captions directly by scanning the QR code or clicking the event link.
Can attendees listen to the translation, or only read it?
Both. Attendees can read the translation as captions on their screen or listen to it through headphones, switching between the two at any time. Audio translation is enabled according to your subscription plan.
How many halls are supported per event?
Unlimited. Each hall runs independently with its own source language, target languages, Room Manager assignment and access rules.
What is the latency?
The average delay between speech and captions is under 500 milliseconds. This covers the total time for speech recognition and translation.
Which languages are supported?
Live captions and translation are available in 125+ languages. Language coverage is expanded regularly.
What does the Room Manager do?
The Room Manager runs stage operations: microphone selection, speaker changes, starting/stopping the broadcast, connection health monitoring and listener statistics.
